While they’ve long had a solid team relationship in both business and personal life (celebrating 35 years of marriage), Lee & Pamela have distinctly different styles. As direct as he is knowledgeable, Lee is known for his hard work ethic, no-nonsense mode and attention to detail. With his logical pragmatic approach, he’s the “head” of the St. Peter partnership, while Pamela is the “heart”. She’s a patient, gregarious “people person” who truly empathizes with the moving process given that over the years they’ve had numerous relocation moves with their family. She brings a wealth of ideas and creativity to the team, as well as a gift for connecting with people and a strong grasp of technology.

Cathy moved to Raleigh from Houston Texas, and has been in Real Estate ever since. She spent 7 years with Prudential Carolinas Realty relocation department as the Inventory Property Manager. Cathy joined the St. Peter team in 2002 as Lee & Pamela’s full time assistant, bringing a wealth of experience to the team with over 14 years in the Raleigh Real Estate market. She too holds her Broker license.
